Refund policy

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all plant sales are final and not eligible for return.

For non-plant items (such as soil, pots, or accessories), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at [your email]. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at pricksnbrushes@gmail.com with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Live plants (including cactus and succulents)

Items damaged due to improper care after delivery

Items affected by shipping delays or weather after delivery

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a replacement or store credit may be issued for damaged or incorrect items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
