Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all plant sales are final and not eligible for return.
For non-plant items (such as soil, pots, or accessories), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Damages and Issues

• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

• Live plants (including cactus and succulents)
• Items damaged due to improper care after delivery
• Items affected by shipping delays or weather after delivery
